Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.

The right ear seems evil as shit, more evil than the left. The upper right corner seems to be helpful sometimes but this is not definitive at all so be careful and notice the differences for yourself but NEVER FULLY TRUST ANY OF THEM.
The mind is supposed to be silent most of the time but it never is.
Subtle “grinding” or pains that seems to move in a circular whirl. Like something is spinning or grinding into your head.
Ears
Dreams of objects in the sky and aliens
